We send your failed leads back to Google on purpose.

Every disqualified lead is tagged and returned to the ad platforms as negative signal. The algorithm stops finding more of them. That’s the whole difference.

Watch this first

Ninety seconds on why your ad account probably isn’t the problem.

Simon explains the difference between an ad problem and a conversion system problem — and which one costs more to ignore.

We’re selective

This isn’t for everyone, and we’d rather say so now.

If one of these isn’t true yet, the diagnostic will tell you — and point you at the thing worth fixing first instead of selling you ads that won’t work.

You’re typically a fit if all three are true

  1. 01You can handle more clients than you have today
  2. 02Someone responds to a new enquiry within the hour, every time
  3. 03You can fund a learning period before the numbers settle
Everything included

One scope. No line items added later.

The CRM and the landing page are built and provisioned at no extra cost, because a campaign pointed at a page that doesn’t convert is money we’d rather not take.

The learning phase is real, and we say so.

The first 30–60 days cost more per lead than month three, while the algorithm learns who your buyer is. Campaigns killed during that window are the single most common way paid budgets get wasted.

Questions people actually ask

These are pulled from what Google is actually being asked in this market — not a list we made up. Answered the way we would answer them on a call.

Why am I getting clicks but no conversions in Google Ads?

Usually one of four things, in this order of frequency. The campaign is optimizing toward the wrong conversion action, so Google is faithfully buying you the cheapest form fills rather than customers. The landing page answers a different question than the ad promised. Search terms are matching intent you never wanted — broad match and unchecked search term reports do most of this damage. Or leads are arriving and going cold before anyone calls them back, which looks identical to a traffic problem in the reporting and is not one.

Why am I not getting leads from Google Ads?

Before spending more, check whether conversion tracking is actually recording what you think it is. A large share of accounts we audit are counting page views, button clicks or duplicate events as conversions, which means the algorithm has been trained on the wrong signal for months. Once the signal is wrong, more budget buys more of the wrong thing faster. Fix the measurement, then the targeting, then the spend.

How much does it cost to use a Google Ads agency?

Management fees are usually banded on ad spend, because a larger account genuinely takes more work to run. What that misses is the learning period: the first 30 to 60 days cost more per lead than month three does, while the algorithm works out who your buyer is. A budget that cannot fund that runway will get the campaign killed at week six, right before it becomes profitable. We check the runway is fundable before quoting a fee.

Is $10 a day enough for Google Ads?

Rarely, in a competitive service market. At $300 a month, a single click in a high-value category can cost $20 to $80, which buys too few clicks per week for the algorithm to learn anything — you pay learning-period prices indefinitely and never reach the efficient stage. If that is the available budget, the honest answer is usually to fix organic visibility and follow-up speed first, and start paid when it can be funded properly.

How long does it take for conversions to show in Google Ads?

Conversions typically appear within a few hours, but attribution can lag by up to three days and longer for view-through and cross-device paths. If nothing is showing after 72 hours of clicks, treat it as a tracking fault rather than a performance one and verify the tag fires on the actual thank-you state.
