The problem

Independent hotels lose a substantial share of every booking to online travel agencies. The direct site is the only channel where the property keeps the full rate, and it competes against platforms with enormous budgets and booking flows refined over years.

What we built

• —Booking treated as the primary path on every page rather than a destination the visitor has to navigate to.
• —Room and amenity presentation designed to answer what a guest checks before committing — what the space is actually like, what is included, what the location is near.
• —Imagery-led layout with performance discipline, since hospitality decisions are visual and abandonment on a slow gallery is immediate.
• —Structure supporting the local and branded searches that precede a direct booking, which is where a guest who found the property elsewhere goes to book it directly.

Why it was built this way

Guests who arrive at the direct site are frequently already sold — they found the property on a platform and came looking for the direct rate. The job is to make finishing there effortless.

Every asset produced remains the client’s property. No proprietary lock-in, no platform they can’t leave.
